Essential Wellness for Pets and Their People

Essential balance begins with understanding how energy connects us to others and affects our health and well-being. Energy is a living component in the world in which we live. It is in the aire we breathe, it is in our environment, and in the foods we eat. Energy is all around us; it is absorbed into our bodies and flows in our veins, it mixes with our blood and fluids.

Proper health requires more than just eating right and exercising.  We must nurture ourselves on all three levels: mental, emotional, and physical by making choices that support strengthening our chi, meaning life force or energy.

We have the power to directly affect the mental, physical and emotional health of ourselves, our families and our animals. We do this daily by making choices that either strengthen or weaken our energy, health, and life force.  A blockage of energy within our body will cause imbalance and allows for disease and illness. When your energy remains imbalanced eventually it will presents itself in a physical, mental or emotional form.

For example, let’s say your physical energy is out of balance and you have the flu. Think of how the flu makes you feel physically. Now how does the flu affect your mental ability and how does it affect your mood? When balancing our health we must nurture the whole, The Mind, The Body, and The Spirit.

To take this one step further, the flu doesn't just happen; it begins with imbalanced energy within the body's immune system. If your immune system is weakened and imbalanced, then exposure to the virus will most likely mean that your natural defense system will not be able to ward off the invader and you will become ill. On the other hand, if your energy is balanced and your immune system strong, then exposure will most likely have no adversity.

With the demands required in today's world, we do not always have the time to do what is needed to maintain good health. Here is where Essential Balance and Youngs Living therapeutic oils add to the health and well-being of our family, our pets, and just as importantly, our own.

The Therapeutic Difference: There is a significant difference between essential oils that simply smell good and those that are therapeutic grade.

In order to be therapeutic-grade classification, each essential oil must achieve the designation naturally, with out excess manipulation and refinement, and meet specific criteria in for key areas:  Plant, Preparation, Purity, and Potency
